The Custom Enclave project in Wadala, Mumbai, is a large-scale residential and commercial development requiring a strong foundation to support multi-story structures. SAI Infratech, in collaboration with B.G. Shirke, executed high-precision hydro piling using advanced rotary piling machinery. For the Custom Enclave project, SAI Infratech delivered robust piling solutions tailored to Mumbai’s challenging urban soil conditions. The use of SANY SR-215 rotary piling rigs allowed for deeper penetration and superior load-bearing capacity. Hydro piling technology was applied to manage groundwater presence effectively, ensuring stability and preventing foundation issues over time.
